Week 2: Process Flow

We have now started into week 2. This week we looked at suppliers, inputs, processes, outputs and customers of the primary industries to get a further understanding into our industry. This introduced us to the SIPOC diagram. We have also been introduced to process flow diagrams, which show us how our primary industry works. We were also given a lecture on project planning to help us get our project off to a good start. This week we have chosen ou final website template and have begun updating our blog posts and editing the design of the template. Each team member has also started their research into there section of our primary industry as well as starting to look into the project charter.

Our goal for next week is to have found a couple of sources per group member for our individual research pages and to have started writing up the information and began to plan out our project charter.
